A Jerusalem district police spokesman late Thursday morning, 14 Kislev, stated a young Jewish male reported he was attacked in the Old City by a number of persons earlier. As a result, he was transported to a local hospital with non-serious injures.

Police began searching for the attackers while simultaneously reviewing security camera footage, leading to the arrests of three suspects a short time after the report of the attack was filed.

Police have hundreds of security cameras throughout the Old City and there is a control room where these cameras are constantly monitored.
