On Tuesday, 22 Nissan 5773, four rockets were fired from Hamas-controlled Gaza into southern Israel.
07:51: It appears the rockets fired at Sderot fell short of their intended target, landing in Hamas-occupied Gaza.
For the first time since Operation Pillar of Defense, the IAF during the night targeted terrorists in Gaza, striking two different locations. Gazan news reports indicate the air force struck in the Beit Lahiya area. There were no reports of injuries. The aerial assaults were in response to rockets fired into Israel on Tuesday.
08:11: Two of the three rockets fired at Sderot earlier were found between the city and the Shar HaNegev area. The third has not been found, believed to have fallen in Gaza. B’chasdei Hashem there are no reports of injuries as a result of the AM rocket fire.
