Actually there is a choshuva rav that paskened if a parent knows the dangers of vaccines it is assur for them to vaccinate. (I may be slightly misquoting, but that’s the general idea). I didn’t ask the Rav if I can quote him, so I don’t feel comfortable giving a name.
