Some 300 students from schools in the Eshkol Regional Council district, an area hit hard by Hamas rocket fire during the last and previous escalations in rocket attacks, took to the streets on Wednesday morning, 6 Kislev.

Following the protests in Sderot on Tuesday night, which were the result of once again accepting a Hamas-declared ceasefire, the students and their teachers joined in, albeit the following day. The denounced the government’s willingness to permit Hamas to dictate their lives and permit “the ongoing terror in the region”.

They blocked the area road during the brief morning protest.
