The radical left-wing Peace Now organization reports that despite government statements to the contrary, construction continues in areas of Yehuda and Shomron as well as eastern Jerusalem.

According to the organization’s report, the government has published tenders for the construction of 3,648 housing units in Jerusalem areas on the eastern side of the pre-1967 Green Line, a violation of the understanding achieved at the Annapolis Conference November 2007. The organization also states it has documented “settlement expansion” in 101 communities.
