(UPDATES BELOW) 10:57PM EST: Flatbush Shomrim are in hot pursuit of two suspects who just attempted to carjack a vehicle being driven by the wife of a Flatbush Shomrim member in the area of Avenue T and East 13th Street. Two children are reported to have been in the car at the time. Numerous NYPD officer from the 61st Pct, and multiple Shomrim units are being requested to respond to assist in apprehending the suspect. It is unknown at this time if any weapons were used.
UPDATE: 11:00PM EST: At least two suspects are in custody. YWN has confirmed that there were no weapons used, and that the suspect attempted to force the driver out of the vehicle. Boruch Hashem there are no injuries reported.

Boy did they pick the wrong lady to try to carjack!! Seriously, although it seems everyone is B”H ok, what a horrible experience to go through! May it be a HUGE Kappara for the family.
