Border police stationed in Hebron early Tuesday afternoon, B’chasdei Hashem apprehended a terrorist planning an attack before he could actualize his plan. The 17-year-old PA (Palestinian Authority) resident of Hebron was apprehended near the Ma’aras HaMachpelah after the metal detector alerted them he might be concealing a weapon.

The suspect was ordered to lift his shirt, revealing the large knife he was concealing, which he then threw towards soldiers. They pointed their weapons at him and took him into custody without additional incident.

A day earlier, on Monday, a terrorist was shot dead as he tried to perpetrate a stabbing attack in Hebron, leaving a soldier lightly wounded.
