The manhunt for the terrorist who bound and murdered two people in the Barkan Industrial Park in Shomron continues.
Palestinian sources reported Thursday morning, 9 Marcheshvan, that IDF forces operating in the city of Tulkarem were affixing leaflets warning residents against providing assistance to the escaped terrorist Ashraf Na’alowa, 23, who was responsible for the shooting attack in which Kim Levengrond-Yehezkel HY”D and Ziv Hajbi HY”D were murdered.
According to reports, the IDF made it clear in the leaflets that anyone assisting the wanted person would be subject to legal consequences, including long-term imprisonment, the demolition of his home, and the revocation of all permits to him and his family.
“We will not hesitate to punish anyone who assists the wanted person,” IDF officials announced. It was also reported that as part of the IDF operation, a loudspeaker was used to calling on Ma’alowa to turn himself in to security forces immediately.
