Chassidish Vandal Wearing Ski-Mask Destroys Degel HaTorah Election Signs in Jerusalem

An apartment owner in the Ramot neighborhood of Jerusalem was shocked to find a Charedi man dressed in a ski-mask rushing down the stairs of his apartment building after he had vandalized numerous election posters on the roof of the building. The posters were supporting Degel HaTorah candidates for the municipal elections in Jerusalem.

The signs were hanging on the balconies of upper floors, and were accessible from the roof.

The vandal was a man in Chassidish garb and a ski mask, who decided to go up to the roof, climb down ono the private balcony and deface the sign.

The unified party of United Torah Judaism is running on separate lists for the Jerusalem council this election, the first time it is doing so in 30 years. Degel HaTorah and Agudas Yisroel are now running separate party lists for the council. The fight for votes between the two is quite tight with the unified list usually garnering eight seats in the previous election, the two parties are now fighting to obtain the majority of that number with each side attempting to show power by obtaining more seats than the other.

  1. Maybe the garb and the ski mask are both staged.

Maybe it’s an internal guy to frame the opposition.

Maybe it’s an old picture that has resurfaced and received new context?

  2. please remove this post

Why do you have to import Israeli Lashon Hora and Machlokes to the USA and the rest of the world. What is going on there is bad enough.
