A Jerusalem police spokesman on Wednesday morning reported receiving a report of an incendiary balloon at a building site in the Emek Refaim area of the capital. Bomb squad personnel were dispatched along with patrol units.

Bomb squad technicians began collecting evidence at the site. Police continue urging the public to remain vigilant and to report any and all suspicious objects without hesitation.

The report does not state if the object found was a true incendiary device or not.
