ISA (Israel Security Agency – Shin Bet) officials report that another terror cell operating in the Hebron district was uncovered during the past two months. The lifting of a gag order permits publishing the arrest of cell members, who planned terror attacks against IDF soldiers.
The planned attacks included the use of explosives and gunfire against IDF positions in the Hebron area. Some of the terrorists taken into custody were released in the Gilad Shalit prisoner deal, banished to Hamas-controlled Gaza.
One of the cell’s leaders is Manjad Mussr Diab Gunidi, 23, a resident of Hebron, who has admitted to interrogators that he has been in contract with terrorists exiled to Gaza in the Shalit deal.

True, everything happens b’chasdei Hashem, but ein somchin al haneis. It takes the efforts of brave individuals to track and capture the evildoers, and – b’chasdei Hashem – when they are successful we owe a great deal of gratitude to Hashem and hakaras hatov to our security personnel.
Perhaps Mr. YWN- Israel Desk ought to ponder these thoughts the next time he posts yet another rant about the so-called “gezeira”.
