PHOTO: Extremists Vandalize Female Candidate’s Election Posters In Givat Shmuel

Posters showing women are vandalized by chareidi extremists in Yerushalayim regularly, but one does not expect to see this in Givat Shmuel, but it has happened there as well.

Posters for mayoral candidate, retired IDF Colonel Ronit Lev’s posters were vandalized, and while there do not appear to be eyewitnesses, police suspect extremist chareidim are responsible.

  1. NICE THEY SHOULD TAKE EVERY SIGN DOWN ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY PUT THEM UP ON PURPOSE THEY KNOW WE ( frum normal reg yiden not extremists) DONT WANT IT AND THEY PUT IT UP ANYWAY.. PPL BE CAREFUL FROM THE TITLE OF POSTS THERE ARE AGENDAS BEHIND EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM..

  2. neighbor, you wouldn’t consider yourself extreme if you were to be geneiva over destroying public property because you don’t want to see the picture of a tzniouosly dressed political candidate? What about a picture of a rebbetzin standing next to her husband, as the Rav of a town? Take a deep breath and think about it for about 90 seconds…. If you still don’t understand it or feel comfortable with it, then as a married man I’d recommend you set an appointment up with a Rav and a Therapist.
skops- According to your logic, I can tear down your posters placed in public places regarding events or Rabbinical figures in your own circles and communities because it offends me.

  3. actually, anything put up in public can get destroyed or taken down, it is public, no?
signs put up are always taken down etc.
and no, I never say a picture of a rebbetzin of any town hanging anywhere.
