An indictment was filed against Aviva Weinstein, the wife of Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein for illegally employing an illegal alien from India in 2009. Mrs. Weinstein employed the women as a domestic in violation of the law.
According to a Channel 10 News report she faces a fine in the hundreds of thousands of NIS. It is explained that since she hired the women and dealt with her on a day to day basis, she alone is facing the indictment and not Mr. Weinstein.
