A Cessna 152 passenger plane with only a student pilot on board, landed on the runway at Herzliya Airport. The landing was a “kangaroo landing”, very rough and bouncy, leading to damage to the cabin.

The pilot was not injured, but he was stuck in the plane until extricated by firemen due to the damage to the cabin. The incident was reported to the Chief Investigator at the Ministry of Transportation.
