On erev Shabbos, police received call describing a number of persons who appeared suspicious in the area of a school in the Kiryat Yovel neighborhood of the capital.
Police responded and found three suspects just before they were about to make their getaway after breaking into a school. They were promptly placed under arrest after police searched their vehicle and found 41 laptops, which they had just taken from the school.
Police have since learned the three work together, one being a 33-year-old Arab resident of the capital and the others; ages 22 and 37, are PA (Palestine Authority) residents found inside Green Line Israel illegally.
They were arraigned, and their remand was extended until 26 Menachem Av, at which time they will once again be brought before the court.
