An Arab driver on Thursday morning, 21 Menachem Av, at about 7:15AM, tried to run people over at Shilo Junction, in the Gush Shilo area of the Binyamin Regional Council in Shomron.

According to the Yishuv Shilo security officer, the driver sped off and the attempted terror attack ended without injury B’chasdei Hashem.
