I don’t know what Flatbush rabbanim do, but even if they do all go to the country:
1. How poor are these poor people that they can’t even afford a phone?
2. Why should a rov not be allowed to take a vacation? They have very stressful jobs, and a time when 75% of the shul is gone is a great time to take a much-needed break.
