A 5-year-old child fell from the family’s ninth floor balcony R”L on Ichilov Street in Netanya on Sunday morning, 17 Menachem Av. She was found in the parking area below by her parents.

MDA paramedic Rafi Sheva in the video below, explains they arrived on the scene and it was immediately realized she was in traumatic arrest and showed no life signs. She was pronounced dead on the scene.

Police are probing the tragic occurrence.

The girl apparently fell from the window of the laundry room. She may have climbed onto a pile of clothing to reach the window, the Ynet news site reported.

According to the site, the mother, the girl’s brother and a grandparent was in the apartment at the time.

The identity of the child was not available.
