Hundreds of Israelis throughout the country have been stranded in elevators due to a series of rolling blackouts initiated by the electric company.
So far, 136 incidents of stranded elevators have been reported. Forty wree in Tel Aviv, 30 in Holon and Bat Yam, 20 in Beersheva, 12 in Ashkelon, 12 in Bnei B�rak, seven in Ramat Gan, and five in Herzliya.
