A woman came home and found that her ten year old daughter, who had been home from school that day, had cleaned the house and was sitting at the table reading a newspaper instead of playing outside. She told her daughter to act her age, not her shoe size. Then she kicked off the work shoes she’d imported from Europe and put on a pair of house slippers.
