HaGaon HaRav Nosson David Hertzig ZT”L, was niftar in Bnei Brak at the age of 86 on Thursday, 7 Menachem Av.

The Niftar, was born in Poland, and was a well-known mohel in Bnei Brak for several decades, performing bris milah on thousands of infants. Gedolei Yisroel relied upon him with closed eyes, as he performed milah on many children who merited being held by the gedolim who served as sandek, including Maran HaGaon HaRav Shach ZT”L.

The levaya took place on Thursday morning at 11:00AM, leaving from the niftar’s home at 33 Admor M’Gur Street in the city, passing the Lederman Shul on Rashbam Street, and continuing to the Ponevezh Cemetery for kvura.
