Rabbi Dov Wolpe calls for all of Israel’s religious parties to form a united front to “save the Land of Israel and Our Torah.”
Against a background of tensions between Bayit HaYehudi and Shas, Rabbi Shalom Dov Wolpe, chairman of Eretz Yisrael Shelanu, has called upon all political parties of Torah-observant Jews in Israel to make peace with each other, to forgive any offensive and disparaging statements made during the election campaign, and to come to a mutual understanding:
“Whatever has previously happened is now past. Now is the time to make peace and forgive each other, to come together for the sake of the Jewish people and our Torah. This will actually benefit each of the parties individually.
“From my acquaintance with Bayit Yehudi leaders, Mr. Naftali Bennett and Uri Ariel, I know them as G-d-fearing Jews who love the Torah and the Land of Israel, and are concerned for the Torah world. At present, they are capable of serving as a bridge between the disparate segments of the Israeli public and to bring the Jewish people, through pleasantness and love, closer to our Torah and the importance of the Land of Israel. Accordingly, the religious and Orthodox public can certainly work together in brotherly love for the sake of the aims we all have in common – Jewish settlement in Judea and Samaria, the Torah world, and all matters vital for every Torah-observant Jew.”

Wolpe is a weird, extreme-right, hateful and not fully normal Chabad meshichist of the crazy type.
Nobody takes this guy seriously. Why does YWN?
Moderators Note: Where did YWN take anyone seriously? Please advise.
At least based on what information has been made public, BY is trying to take over Shas’ ministries and join with Lapid on the draft. Not exactly the actions of a bridge between the chilonim and the charedim. R Wolpo’s words belie the reality.
He bizarrely supported BY, even though that party supports exactly zero of the values and positions of the Rebbe.
he was at one time a spokesperson for chabad eretz yisroel wether he was messianic when it comes to the rebbe or not
and not to give any land back at all is written in shulchan aruch
hes not a rav hes a rabbi
