Following is a list of prohibited actions for non-Muslim visitors to Har Habayis.
1. No prayer
2. No bowing
3. No singing
4. No displaying of an Israeli flag
5. No picking leaves or olives from olive trees
6. No taking of stones or dirt from the holy site
7. No entering the Mount via one of the nine gates allocated to Muslims
8. No bringing of holy books or Judaica items
9. No bringing of maps or sketches depicting the Beit Hamikdash
10. No veering from the assigned path or going on the steps of the Dome of the Rock
11. No wedding ceremonies
12. No breaking away from one’s group
13. No drinking water from the faucets on the Mount
14. No sitting anywhere that is not designated for sitting
15. No seating on the ground
16. No swaying (shuckling) as one does while davening
17. Journalists require advanced arrangements before visiting – such a permit is generally no issues
18. Occasionally: It is prohibited to take photos deemed provocative by police
19. Occasionally: such activities may not be reported on social media and in the media
20. In line with police agreement, one may not stand out in any way
It should be noted that Gedolei Yisrael throughout the generations along with the Chief Rabbinate of Israel, have prohibited visiting Har Habayis as there is an Issur Kares.

I think I missed the follow up article on the things Muslims may not do on הר הבית: riot, harass Jews, truck off archeological treasures to landfill, re-order the entire configuration of the הר, etc.

I like how the one that says “no shuckling” has a picture of a man with his legs casually crossed. Is that how they think we’re supposed to daven?
