President Donald Trump is warning the World Trade Organization that if the United States isn’t treated “properly, we will be doing something.”
Trump is again denying plans to withdraw the U.S. from the WTO but tells reporters in the Oval Office that the trade organization needs to change its ways.
Trump has struck U.S. allies with tough tariffs and is planning to impose tough trade penalties on China later this week.
He says the WTO has treated the U.S. “very badly and I hope they change their ways.” He says he’s not “planning anything now” but if the WTO doesn’t treat the U.S. properly, “we will be doing something.”
Trump did not elaborate. He spoke during a White House meeting with Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte (RUH’-tuh).

Let us all daven that Hashem protect us from this madman.
Whine, whine, whine. All this guy does is whine that people aren’t treating him fairly, or not treating the US “properly.” He’s taken the victim complex to a whole new height. Strong people don’t whine. This guy broadcasts his incompetence and weakness with every early-morning tweet. And his followers are people who feel the same way.
What happened to American pride? We ARE great, no need to tack an “again” on it. We don’t need protection from the world because we’re strong enough to hold our own.
I read earlier (but can’t cite a source at this moment) is that the reason he was sent to military academy as a kid is that he was bullying the other children. So the other side of bullying is fear of weakness – fits him like a glove.
