Former Mayor Edward I. Koch has been readmitted to NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital/Columbia Monday.

His physician, Dr. Joseph Tenenbaum, decided he should return to the hospital for further treatment of fluid around his lungs and shortness of breath.

Mayor Koch was admitted to the hospital on Saturday, January 19th, and released a week later, this past Saturday, January 26th.
