My understanding is that Liberty will provide reimbursement regardless of which hospital or provider you use. The only difference is whether the provider will accept payment directly from Liberty or whether you’ll have to get the payment from Liberty and pay the provider yourself.
Since all hospitals in the US cannot refuse service even if the patient does not pay, you presumably can use any hospital without paying upfront and pay once you receive payment from Liberty.
