Reform today is not the reform of 50 years ago, it is very weak and dying (The numbers are only claimed higher because they claim unaffiliated jews are reform, but in reality they are unaffiliated not reform)
Some of the comments here are just childish, They will likely continue to get smalled and weaker except for a few congregations here and there. People take insulting their “rabbi” as a personal insult, so rather than insult the rabbi, show positive feeling to the lay people so they will become either Orthodox or a Friend of Orthodox, rather than an enemy
