Addressing the upcoming general elections, HaGaon HaRav Yitzchak Ratzabi, a posek for the Yemenite community explained that since there are differences of opinion regarding which party to vote for, he is not getting involved and each person should vote his conscience.
The rav stated “Gimmel is good for the Yeshiva world, Shas for Sephardim and Rav Amnon [Yitzchak] for baalei teshuvah and Yemenites.”

This man is a tzadik. He has a lot of guts, to stand up against all the powers surrounding rav ovadia yosef shlita and do what he feels is right, which is fight for yidishkeit, just like gimmel shas am shalem.
Finally a positive voice in this machlokes. Does anyone know why was this dirty laundry aired in public? Wasn’t this something that could’ve been settled behind closed doors?
