No judge anywhere in America has ever or could ever order anyone to give a Get nor has or could hold anyone in contempt for not giving a Get. It’s a legal impossibility and has never occurred. That is no more possible than the idea of a judge ordering anyone to attend shul on Shabbos or church on Sunday or holding anyone in contempt for failing to do so. New York law does not allow a judge to order that a Get be given.
