HaGaon HaRav Aaron Leib Shteinman Shlita on Monday night the eve of 4 Shevat 5773 visited HaGaon HaRav Shmuel Auerbach in his home in Jerusalem’s Shaare Chessed neighborhood. Rav Shteinman was being driven to a Yarchei Kallah and asked his driver to first stop at Rav Auerbach’s home.

The two met for a brief time. Rav Shteinman wished Rav Auerbach a refuah shleima as he underwent a catheterization procedure about two weeks ago.

Last month, Rav Auerbach visited Bnei Brak and stopped in at the home of Rav Shteinman, a visit that received significant media coverage as tensions between some Bnei Brak and Yerushalayim Charedi factions remain at an all time high due to the upcoming general elections.

Rav Shteinman attended the Agudas Yisrael Yarchei Kallah taking place in the Ramada Hotel.
