Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu has announced that meetings of the Political-Security Cabinet, which will be held every Wednesday beginning in July, will take place in the new underground government bunker that was built in recent years, The Center for National Crisis Management.
The ministers serving on the Security Cabinet are asked to arrive along, without aides or advisors.
It should be noted that this will be the first time that cabinet ministers will meet in a bunker for consecutive meetings, after seven years ago, it was the first time the government convened in a bunker.
The bunker was built at a cost of hundreds of millions of shekels and capable of surviving a nuclear attack. It is intended to allow the government to run the country in times of emergency.
In early May, after the two attacks against Iran in Syria attributed to Israel, the cabinet convened in a bunker where the ministers were warned of a possible Iranian attack, as happened a few days later by launching rockets at the Golan Heights.
It is estimated that the reason for the cabinet meeting in the bunker is the desire to prevent leaks from the group. Instead, as expected, there is no cellular reception and other intelligence services cannot listen to what has been said.

The article fails to mention that the bunker was donated by former VP Dick Cheney from the “undisclosed location” he went to hide after 9/11.
Let me guess,
He got his idea from Mark Levin
