A Sefer Torah was donated to Kever Rochel by baalei chessed for a refuah shleima for avreich אוריה בן שושנה רייזל.

Many people took part in the event, and a tent was set up next to the tziyun in which the final letters of the Sefer Torah were written. Rav Yosef Schwinger, who is in charge of developing holy sites, and Rabbi Shmuel Rabinowitz, rav of the holy sites were among the many on hand for the event.

At this time, the first stage of refurbishing of the tziyun is almost complete. The project is being carried out by Rav Schwinger’s agency, the National Agency for Development of Holy Sites.
