Tens of thousands of mispallalim visiting Meron during Lag B’Omer are expected to take advantage of the Hachnasas Orchim tent run by Mosdos Ohel Rashbi headed by Rav Shraga Schnitzer. Hot food along with hot and cold drinks will be served to guests.

Rav Schnitzer tells the media that experience over the years has taught him that it pays to bring quality catered food from Yerushalayim rather than cooking on site. He explains Mosdos Ohel Rashbi provides refreshments at the tziyun year-round and for Lag B’Omer, they will continue doing so, bringing tens of thousands of portions of food for persons seeking something to eat.
