Misaskim, the legendary organization dedicated to the mitzvah of kibud hameis, has demonstrated its true character once again, by providing YWN with a much-needed information service to its long list of chesed.
Each day, the Misaskim Nichum Aveilim listings will be updated on YWN (found under the “Community button”. The Niftar’s name will be followed by the Shiva location, day getting up from Shiva, family members names, Z’manim for Minyanim etc.
If there is a Shiva name you would like to add to this list, please call Misaskim’s 24hr hotline at 718-854-4548. Do NOT email YWN.

Don’t know if my cousin who started misaskim comes onto YW….
but my dear friend I know first hand how much you’ve done for klal yisroel….
just to fill you guys in a bit what type of a person he is.
I called him up with helping a friend of mine who needed help Pikuach nefesh….not only was it taken care of when i approached him to say thank you he said i dont knowwhat your talking about and walked away…
that is a real mentsch who doesnt want any credit for what he does…
