Shas party leader Minister Aryeh Deri on Monday morning 10 Nissan was questioned by police for a ninth time in the Lahav 443 Serious Crimes Unit headquarters.

According to a Yisrael Hayom report, the prosecution is working to find a state witness to testify against Deri.

YWN-ISRAEL reported last week that two people were detained by police on the morning of 3 Nissan in the community of Safsufa, allegedly in connection to a plot of land they sold to Deri.

In addition to the minister, his wife, a daughter and a brother have been questioned pertaining to real estate dealings and possible money laundering and tax evasion.
