PHOTOS: Egged Historical Center Opens Holon Facility During Pesach

Egged’s historic center in Holon opens its doors on Pesach – free admission and parking.

Egged’s historic center in Holon, where more than 80 models of buses which served throughout the country, opens this year on Pesach and invites the general public, families and children to come and be photographed with the old buses representing 84 years of Egged activity.

This year, on the 40th anniversary of the “Bloody Bus” on the Coastal Road, an event in March 1978 will also show the skeleton of the bus in which 35 people, Egged employees and their families died, as did a soldier.

Visitors to the historic center will be able to learn and learn the details of the valiant battle waged by the Yomam commanded by Assaf Chafetz , in an attempt to take over the bus, which was finally blown up by the murderous terrorists on the outskirts of Tel Aviv.

The opening hours during Chol Hamoed Pesach are Sunday through Thursday, 8: 30AM – 12: 30PM.

Entrance is free and so is parking.
