Five tunnels were discovered on Sunday in the southern Gaza Strip during IDF operations against terror infrastructure. Tunnels of this kind are most often used to smuggle weapons out of the Gaza Strip. The Shaked Battalion of the Givati Brigade, Engineering Corps forces, and Armored Corps forces from the Eshet Battalion of the Ekevot Ha’Barzel Brigade participated in the operations.
In addition, 40 Palestinians suspected of terror activity were arrested by forces during the operations. The suspects were taken to security forces for the initial stage of questioning.
IDF forces came under fire in a number of different instances during the operations. The forces returned fire towards the source of the aggressing shots. IDF forces were not injured.

Every time the IDF suspect a tunnel they should send in a covert team to quietly booby-trap it. That way they’ll destroy not only the tunnel but also the terrorists and the weaponry they are smuggling.
“Shaked Battalion of the Givati Brigade”
Who shaked the batallion of the Givati Brigade?
And I agree with post #1 fully 🙂
Tip of the iceberg.
When the yishuvim were expelled, the arabs who were working in the hothouses needed employment, the salary that is received from Iran and Hizbullah to build tunnels is quite lucrative.
