Israel’s High Court of Justice on Thursday, 21 Adar, responded to a petition filed by the parents of Lt. Hadar Goldin HY”D, whose remains are held by Hamas since he was killed in Operation Protective Edge in the summer of 2014.

The Goldins petitioned against the return of a Gaza fisherman killed by the IDF Navy last week as it has petitioned the court in other cases, hoping the court will make returning the bodies contingent to Hamas returning the remains of their son. The court issued a temporary injunction News 2 reports, as Justice Neil Hendel explained the temporary order remains in place until the next hearing, which will be held on Tuesday, 26 Adar.
