Poll Shows Likud Continues To Strengthen, Despite Continued Investigation Into Netanyahu Corruption

A News 10 poll released on Sunday evening, the eve of 18 Adar, shows that as the investigations by police into alleged law-breaking by Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu continue, the party continues to earn more seats in Knesset.

This poll was conducted by Dr. Camil Fuchs, asking participants who they would vote for if elections were held today. Likud emerges with 29 seats and the right-wing earns a combined 64 seats. Likud currently holds 30 seats in Knesset.

Parenthesis indicates the number of seats held by the party currently.

The Yesh Atid party is in second place with 24 seats (11), Machane Tzioni with 12 (24), Arab Parties 12 (13), Bayit Yehudi 10 (8), Meretz 8 (5), Kulanu 7 (10) Yisrael Beitenu 7 (6), Yahadut Hatorah 6 (6) and Shas 5 (7).

The buzz in the media is that early elections surrounding the conflict of a new chareidi draft law is a likelihood as the coalition seems unwilling to pass the law drafted by chareidi parties.
