A kosher Jewish restaurant in Holland was attacked again, for the second time in three months.
The owners of Ha Carmel, on Amstelveenseweg in Amsterdam arrived on Friday morning 15 Adar to find massive cracks on one of the windows. The police believe something was thrown at it, Het Parool reports.
After the vandalism in December, owner Sami Bar-on installed shatter-proof windows. But the window was still severely damaged.
Police investigators responded, stating, “There is no indication that this is an anti-Semitic act”. The police were doing a forensic investigation at the restaurant.
The owner of the store however had a different view, citing, “We again became victims of vandalism because we are Jews”.
