President Donald Trump has authorized the release of a controversial Republican memo, and has sent word to the House Intelligence Committee the document may be made public, a White House official said.
There were no White House-initiated redactions to the memo, a House aide said.
The memo includes testimony from a high-ranking government official that without the infamous Trump dossier, the FBI and DOJ would not have secured surveillance warrants to spy on at least one member of the Trump team.
It also claims the FBI and DOJ used media reporting to lend credibility to the dossier, while the firm behind the dossier, Fusion GPS, briefed major American news outlets to include New York Times, Washington Post, CNN, New Yorker, Yahoo and Mother Jones.
The memo shows that after former British spy Christopher Steele was cut off from the FBI, he continued to pass information, as did Fusion GPS, through Justice Department Official Bruce Ohr. Ohr’s wife Nellie began working for Fusion GPS as early as May 2016.
It also claims evidence that Steele has a personal animus for the President Trump.

* The Steele dossier formed an essential part of the initial and all three renewal FISA applications against Carter Page.
* Andrew McCabe confirmed that no FISA warrant would have been sought from the FISA Court without the Steele dossier information.
* The political origins of the Steele dossier were known to senior DOJ and FBI officials, but excluded from the FISA applications.
* DOJ official Bruce Ohr met with Steele beginning in the summer of 2016 and relayed to DOJ information about Steele’s bias. Steele told Ohr that he, Steele, was desperate that Donald Trump not get elected president and was passionate about him not becoming president.

Big deal….this has all been reported now for 2 weeks….Carter Page was on the FBE radar screens before the FISA memo. He had been warned by the FBI the Russians were trying to recruit him as a informant but he dismissed their concerns. They should also release the Dem memo on same factoids and let folks decide but this memo says nothing ne.
Releasing sensitive national security information for political gain makes Watergate look small.
Cherrypicking facts to try to falsely make a point makes Watergate look small.
Ignoring the heads of the FBI and DOJ who were all appointed by Trump makes the president look like the small and petty person that he truly is.
Refusing to let the Democrats release their memo shows that Nunes is scared of the facts.
By trying to discredit Rosenstein Trump shows that he is terrified of the Russia investigation. Why is he so scared? What is he trying to hide?
And the Russians continue to control Trump like a little puppet as was evidenced this past week when “tough guy” Trump refused to enact bipartisan sanctions on Russia.

This is nothing more than Protocols Of Elders of Zion Part II. in early 1900’s Russian Secret Police (aka FBI) acting on the instructions from corrupt high ranking government Jew-hating officials (aka Obama,Clinton, Democrats ) compile a “siliceous dossier” called “Protocol Of Elders of Zion”. Later on this “dossier” was used to justify pogroms and persecution of the Jews.
Fast forward to 2017: the same script, different actors: FBI,DOJ, DNC and Clintons used falsified information to justify spying and persecuting Trump and his complain. History repeats itself.

Presumably you are talking about the Nunes memo? I read it myself. Not a single national security item is even hinted at. It is in its entirety I see nothing more than embarassing revelations about the DNC and corruption revelations about the FBI. .So here is the challenge – quote the alleged national security information in the memo (or else whatever memo you are talking about). Until then, there is nothing to even talk about in anything you post.
