A senior defense official tells the Jerusalem Post that “more than 50 Hizbullah terror cells believed to be spread across the globe could be activated and used to strike at Israeli or Jewish targets in retaliation for Tuesday’s assassination of Hizbullah arch-terrorist and operations officer Imad Mughniyeh in Syria.”
In hiding – and fearing his own life – Hassan Nasrallah vowed “open war” against Israel in a pre-recorded eulogy. “Zionists, if you want this kind of open war, then let the whole world listen: Let this war be open.”
“The blood of Imad Mughnieh will contribute to the disappearance of the Jewish state,” said Nasrallah, whose fighters claimed victory in the devastating July-August 2006 war against Israel.
“You killed him outside our natural battleground. Our battleground with you is on Lebanese territory and you have overstepped the border.”
Terror Alerts Issued:
Following the funeral in Lebanon, terror warnings were issued throughout the world.
In Israel, IDF Chief of Staff Gabi Ashkenazi put forces on heightened alert, instructing them to take the necessary precautions by air, land and sea in order to protect the northern border and other Israeli interests.
The Shin Bet has instructed all Israeli embassies abroad to raise their alert level in the wake of Tuesday’s assassination.
The offices of PM Ehud Olmert said: “Hezbollah has repeatedly blamed Israel for the death of Imad Mughniyeh, thus increasing the danger of its terrorist threats against Israeli targets abroad. Therefore, the National Security Council Counter-Terrorism Bureau recommends that Israelis abroad avoid places where there is a high concentration of Israelis. The Bureau also reiterated its existing warnings regarding the abduction of Israelis abroad, including business people, mainly those with ties with Arab or Muslim counterparts.”
The Bureau recommended the following to Israelis abroad:
1. Maintain a high level of alert and awareness regarding any unusual phenomena.
2. Absolutely avoid visiting or staying in Arab/Islamic countries for which travel advisories have been issued.
3. Reject any enticing or unexpected proposals and refuse to accept any unexpected gifts or offers from suspect or unknown sources.
4. Decline invitations to unexpected meetings, especially in remote places, and go to meetings with reliable companions.
In the USA, the FBI has put its anti-terror units on the alert for any threats against Shuls and other potential Jewish targets in the United States.
US Law enforcement officials say there have been no specific threats so far against any Jewish centers.

#7, this guy wasn’t making public speeches, Nasrallah is. Mossad could sneak a guy in and shoot him. or just blow the whole place up and save the world the trouble of hunting down the other terrorists who are there.
