Hebron’s Baruch Marzel was arrested by police on Thursday, 9 Cheshvan 5773 for failing to appear at a Jerusalem Magistrate’s Court hearing pertaining to disorderly conduct charges against him.

Police were dispatched to Hebron to arrest Marzel and bring him to Jerusalem.
