Two fires caused significant damage on the first night of Chanukah in Eretz Yisroel.

One fire was in Kiryat Bialik, while another fire was in Ramat Beit Shemesh.

In one fire, investigators have confirmed that the Menorah was not on a stable surface causing it to turn over and start the fire.

Bichasdei Hashem, there were no injuries reported at either incident.
