R’ Meir Porush was in Kfar Chabad, attending an Asifa intended to inform the tzibur of the new chareidi city, Charish, which is now under construction.
Porush, the force behind the project, addressed the tzibur, which included the mora d’asra, HaGaon HaRav Mordechai Ashkenazi Shlita as well as HaRav Yeruslavsky, the mora d’asra of the Chabad community in Kiryat Malachi.
Porush told participants that he believes a two-bedroom apartment will sell for 500,000 NIS. He added he is fighting for 10,000 homes towards meeting the demand and keeping the price down.
