I don’t even know why anybody has to accept this idea that people live in EY on some sort of l’malah min hateva level. No such thing. They’re just living on less, and living on American money. This l’malah min hateva thing is made up of out of thin air. And we’re supposed to accept it at face-value because to say it’s not true all of a sudden makes you an apikoris. And some anecdotal evidence doesn’t prove a thing.
