The Shin Bet, working with police and specialized units, on Friday night arrested two Negev residents who were involved in the murder of IDF soldier Ron Yitzchak Kokia HY”D in Arad. The murder took place a day prior to their arrests.

Officials are confident the murder was carried out as a terrorist attack with nationalistic motives.

After their arrest, the suspects led investigators to the place they put the soldier’s weapon, which they grabbed after stabbing him.
