Police Return Stolen Tefilin To Mitzpei Ramon Yeshiva


Police received a report last week of a burglary in a yeshiva in Mitzpei Ramon. Eleven pairs of tefilin and Taleisim were stolen from the premises.

Police launched an investigation into the burglary and a suspect was taken into custody, a 51-year-old local man.

On erev Shabbos, police moved in and arrested the suspect. The stolen tefilin were recovered from his property. Police on Sunday returned the valuable items to the yeshiva on Sunday.
