joseph: It’s hard to say as we have B”H (Kein ayin Harah) a large mishpacha and therefore different issues related to each individual child might cause us to go more often to the Rov. My older sons consult their rabbonim (Rosh Yeshiva, Mashgiach, Shoel Umeishiv) and do not rely solely on my Rov. So it could be as little as once a month or 2-3 times if my children are facing some sort of difficulty. As for the usual kashrus type issues, when a question arises.
