Officials of Mosdos Kever Rochel report that at the behest of supporters, tefilos were recited for Kalman Yeger during the week before elections in the hope he would emerge a winner, which he did.
Yeger replaces outgoing Councilman David Greenfield (D-44th), defeating Yoni Hikind in the race.
